I'm pretty sure the attacker was interrupted in the middle of their toilet at the beginning of that. So while the final response is completely out of proportion to the original offense (and will haunt my dreams for many a year ahead) I can see where it's coming from.

Well it's either a closeup of a cat crunching some poor rodent's head after playing with it, or a closeup of someone coming up with a machete and beheading same cat.

Or a cat losing an encounter with a lawn mower.
