My uncle tried to get me to eat "Prarie Oysters" once. I wouldn't eat it because they wouldn't tell me what it was. Now, I think I'd actually try it.
On preview, turkey oysters? They're probably smaller than real oysters.

Rocky mountain oysters are not limited to beef. We also have pork mountain oysters and lamb mountain oysters.
