the shadow of death is very dark chocolate [More:] The bunny looks pretty gross but it's been been going through chemo, and it's a very bad picture besides not photographing well.

It's not finished but i felt like sharing, also because i thought i posted a post about the "possible mechat multimedia project" a while ago, but i apparently never hit post. So have some fluffy lemon coconut cake.
Also the lemon glaze cream cheese frosting was a bit wet and soaked through the sparkle coat of powder pink. Its eyes are candied ginger (covered in chocolate) as are the teeth of the skull shadow, which is almost painfully dark chocolate ganache in a field of crushed dusty premium peppermint. There is a layer of the chocolate under the frosting under the almost vaporous dust of peppermint.

What does this cake say?
Well, maybe something about trying to be light and fluffy about something that is dark, possibly even bitter in parts, and tart but with texture and sweetness and even unexpected bursts of flavor that blend into a complex experience.
Or maybe it's just kind funky looking.

I'm gonna see if i copied my project post somewhere else (sorry box and planetkyoto) and do laundry and other such domestic necessities.
It's probably a double but, turn off the audio and watch a bunny attack a snake.

Really?
i should have taken a picture of it before it got mostly eaten.
People mostly thought it was cute, but never underestimate the dark humor of cancer patients.

i have to add that all decorations were achieved soley with the use of a knife, fork and spoon (because they were there, dammit), and it was all smoothed out and finished looking before being fragmented in to facehole shovable segments

gah, i left this in preview for how long?
