Just looking at that picture makes my stomach flip, but in the good exciting way.

I just found out my friend Jaime and I are going out for drinks after work. We were supposed to get paid on Monday, but because of MLK day, Monday is a bank holiday. We got paid today. Whee!

Why'd the go so damned light on the shadows? Amateurs.

I'm going to record a demo CD with one of my bands this weekend. It should be awesome and/or horrible.

The shadow looks convincing enough to me. Shadows are hard.

It's the relative fuzziness of the girl to the track that screws it up ... but doesn't make it any less fun.

The shadow is nicely shaped, but compare her shadow the that of the track, on the left. Stark, deep shadow vs. light-touch gray stuff. I demand verisimilitude in my photoshoppery, dammit.
