The Black Parade I'd never heard My Chemical Romance's music until just this minute, but I LOVE this video- kind of funny and kind of creepy, at the same time.

I admitted my reluctant love for this song last month.

What's great is how Gerard Way so obviously and proudly idolizes Freddie Mercury, from the drum major uniform to the way he holds his mic stand like a sceptre.

These guys have been on my radar for quite awhile, having heard a couple songs. I have a couple of their albums downloaded, but with all the other downloads, I haven't got around to them yet.

I like The Ghost of You, I'm Not Okay (I Promise) and Helena but The Black Parade really irritates me for some reason. I haven't bothered listening to an entire album as of yet.

I had no idea who these dudes were (except for having heard their name but never having heard them). They are the kind of band I am willing to hate unheard, but I have to say that this album in particular is good catchy pop bombast.
