This is kind of funny on several levels. Clever html humor. Maybe not new, but I just saw it for the first time.

That can't be racist, because the Italians are not a Race. They're kind of a "dwarf race" like Pluto is a "dwarf planet". Besides, they really are "pasta" all that.

Wendell: That was one of the levels that occurred to me. I mean, it's funny in a droll sort of way when it's just a slanted building between italic tags, but when it occurred to me that italic ~= Italian, then it was much funnier.
