Yoga Booty Ballet

Ah, Yoga Booty Ballet. This is a very popular series. Put out by Beachbody, the creators of the ever popular P90X series.

The title is silly, but a lot of people like YBB to achieve the long, lean dancer look. I don't own any of Beachbody's productions; I have heard mixed reviews concerning their customer service. It's ironic, I was just sorting through my exercise videos, trying to work up the gumption to work out today.
