Today is what the DJ's call 'Hump Day,' and it's about 3:15, so it's that 'Hump Hour' when the end is just barely in sight, so here's something from the land of classic rock work force blocks to get you through to the end of the day. If that dosen't work then this will.

Strewth, it's more than a few years since I heard anything by Triumph - probably the last time was as a kid, desperately trying to stay awake and listen to The Friday Rock Show. More often than not, I'd fall asleep and wake up just after it finished.
