My mom took me up the Stratosphere in Las Vegas and had me lean over the railing a bit (the glass windows are at a 45° angle to the ground, so you can look down on the strip). Then, she pushed me! Scariest fucking moment of my life.

I image that walking on this human-sized habitrail would be 100x worse.

It's on an Indian reservation, not in the National Park, okay?

Hell, it's a lot less invasive than Lake Mead. Or even the Navajo Bridge.

And as a way for the tribe to cadge some tourist cash, it beats fake teepees or casinos.

I'm not afraid of heights, but I am afraid of falling so for that reason alone I'd probably go out on it.

Yeah, that is not a place I'd want to be, thanks anyway. Or if I did venture out on it, it would be with a parachute.

Wonder how long it would take someone to want to jump off of it on purpose with a parachute?

I don't have any problem with it. The Grand Canyon is so fucking huge that this thing would not be noticeable except by those looking for it.
