pocky...izzat how it's spelled, jonmc? Anyway whilst doing Christmas shopping today there lo and behold-it was for sale (in a dvd store.) I thought, gotta tell mecha about this.

Then later in the day went to walmart and-they had it too!!!!!

I blame all the transplanted yankees. ;-)

They sell the stuff in Safeway here in Oregon.

You can even find these in Arkansas. If that isn't the near backwater of the universe, I'm not sure what is.

Some flavors are pretty tasty.

I gave my niece four different flavors of Pocky for Xmas this year... and got some for myself, natch. Found it at a mall in suburban Atlanta. VERY tasty. I'm partial to the green tea Pocky.

Independently, my wife bought Men's Pocky (so masculine) for me, and I bought Giant Pocky for my daughter, as hanukkah presents.
