Come on Over... Hope you guys don't mind, I've given you and this marvellous world of verbal wonder a mention and a plug on my blog/website [More:] have a look around, I'd love some tips on how to make it better or what kind of things would make you all think about heading over there from time to time.

It's the least I could do - For now, I at last feel a teeny, weeny, tiny bit festive. Thank you, world!
Is that a tree topper in your pocket or are you just glad to see us?

This guy's mecha and mefi activity is barely distinguishable from spamming...

Matt_MP, I love you, but you need to start using the "MI" feature when you do posts. You really shouldn't have more than one paragraph on the front page.

I can manage that, no worries.

And thanks, interrobang, you're lovely. The bad thing is that I spent long enough looking around before I posted and saw only stuff of a similar nature. Selective criticism, maybe?

But no fear. Should Christmas trees really slant to one side, like mine seems to?

From what I've heard, Christmas trees slant and curve in all manner of directions and they are all perfectly normal. Your's does seem a bit on the blinky side though.

I thought as much. What's the done thing in this situation? Word of encouragement for it? Booze?

Mind you, the angel that sits aloft on top of it does look a slight on the 'one too many mince pies' side...

What's up with that legal disclaimer? I don't see anything on your site that would necessitate that.

The bad thing is that I spent long enough looking around before I posted and saw only stuff of a similar nature.

Matt, I'm one of the guiltiest when it comes to linking to my own projects, but I tend to have a reason other than "hey, I linked to you! Come see!" We're a relaxed bunch around here, but that's still pretty lame.

And, I more insided this post for you.

... and I thought mandatory mutual link-exchanges died out in 1995. You learn something new every day, I guess.

How very interesting that this guy squeezed out this spam and then never came back...

I'm a-goin' to Seattle next month! || It's all I can do to keep from scratching out my eyes.
