15 Years Ago Today I was going through a long, busy, painful, strange, difficult, laborious day that culminated in a wild flurry of activity around 9:00 pm when I met a certain bouncing 10 pound baby boy face to face for the first time. →[More:]And it's very hard to believe that that baby is 15 whole years old today, 6'1" and still bouncing.

Happy birthday, baby laundry!

I can't believe he's only 15. I know part of it's his height, but he just seems more like a 19 year old than a 15 year old.

My name is mygothlaundry; flickr stream is here. I have to call you a friend before you can see all the pictures of the young master, though, because he gets all eepy about having his picture on the tubes as it were. If you're not a friend already let me know & I'll friend you. Fortunately he does not read mecha. ;-)

and in answer to other questions, he's about 6'1" (tall skinny boy!) and he is very, very handsome and has many admirers which is worrisome but there you have it - also we tease him about looking like a girl all the time, because he does.

and while I wish the portrait worked better, I am far, far fatter & wrinklier than I was 15 years ago, which is why you rarely see closeups of me. ;-)
