This has been a very difficult one. I've chosen one of arse_hat's pictures. I love his photos, he has a good eye, and there's also a lot of love in the pictures too. But this one I think is stunning.

This is a great theme!

This was the first mecha citizen photo I ever faved at flickr - mygothlaundry's pink flamingoes. Love it.

This photo started many emails between BoringPostcards and myself - I fell in love with this toy neighborhood with the driveway that looked like it was covered in colored chalk. I started to get into post processing because of this photo. It's so cool how we influence each other without even knowing it!

For some weird reason I can't hotlink from flickr this morning. :-( I'm not seeing the usual box under the medium sized ones with the url & when I grab the url from the top it's not showing up? Hmmm.

This photo of yours, seanyboy, haunts my dreams and has forever. I somehow forgot to favorite it back in the day (amended now) and so it didnt' come up right at top. Hell, honey, you hardly ever post to flickr (granted, when you do it's worth waiting for.)

Also, okay, I give up. Why am I suddenly unable to post an img from flickr and everyone else is? I even went in to look at the page source and y'all are finding these flickr urls with a static tag in the front that I can't find & a link hooked in. Help!

Oh, and also, on the shallow note, if you are than I am too, because every time somebody mentioned one of my pictures I got all breathless and happy. And every time I refreshed and nobody else had added my pictures I got a bit sad. That said though, it was cool as hell to see old images come up as favorites.

richat, that pic of matildaben's was one of my choices as well. It absolutely epitomises 'Seattle' for me, and I mean that in a good way.

this (also matildaben's) happens to be the first photo I ever faved on Flickr, and I can't get a static link for it to do an inline image (WHY o WHY won't mecha play nice with my inline {a href} tags?) so I'll simply link to it:
