Yaaay i am going to London this weekend for this conference. I've never been to London before! Got a nice train booked and am all fully sorted. w00t for being organised!→[More:]
am going with S, the hijab-wearing F-bomb dropping MP-intimidating ned-hating 21 year old. She's never been to London before either!

This is going to be fun.

Things NOT to do when going to London with young, female, radical* muslim types.
- Play Poker
- Drink Alcohol
- Ogle Strippers.
- Wear a fez.

Things OK to do in London in this situation.

* By "radical muslim", I meant in the good politically active way. Not the more obvious "Daily Mail" sense of the phrase.

My plans are:

* stay up late
* drink copious amounts of coffee
* eat like a pig.

I don't HAVE a plastic daisy unfortunately.

I won't be taking pictures as I have the most MASSIVE spot on my chin that will not go away. Plus I am pasty and blotchy!

I have never been to London. Which is odd cause I've been to almost everywhere else in Europe. But never Britain, never London.

I have no idea what we are going to do in London. I am not in the mood to run around doing ten touristy things. We are going to be in a conference centre across from kings cross station, if anybody has any good suggestions!
