Paging ThePinkSuperhero! →[More:]Perez Hilton has been served! What happened to fair use? Or is his using photos from agencies not considered fair use? Inquiring minds want to know!

This "callout" isn't to pick on Teeps (me paging her I mean); I like the gossip stuff, too.

This has been rumored for weeks; I was waiting for it! I think the problem the agencies have with Perez is that he leaks the photos they want to sell for big monies. Once they're all over the internet, who will pay the big monies? Meanwhile, he makes monies and gets famous. I can understand why the agencies would be mad. His site strikes me as one of the Napster things- it was best in the heyday, and then it'll have to go legit and it won't be as fun, but at least it'll be legal. Ah well. We enjoyed it while we could.
