Oh, thank you! I truly enjoy his works. I found a couple of his collections on AbeBooks that I ordered. Thanks to shane, I have a new obsession.

One of the few books i've hung on to is a big old Winsor McCay book i got ages ago, with all the nemos and most all of his other works besides the bulk of his editorial illustrations.
He did a ridiculous amount of work under immense pressure, but was ever the dutiful showman.

Wow, thanks eth! Very cool.

I've seen a lot of McCay's non-Nemo, B&W stuff reprinted lately, but I haven't had the money to buy it. The next time I'm at my comic book store maybe I'll pick up a small collection and post a strip or two here. I'll post names and publisher info too, so anyone looking for a copy can find it. They seem decently priced.

Sorry I haven't posted any Nemo for a while. Things have been a little out-of-control busy.

If I win the lottery I promise to buy the BIG Nemo book and travel to MeCha MeetUps to share it, LOL. Maybe I'll indulge in the $150 Complete Calvin and Hobbes, too.

Ah, to dream.
