What in the hell is this? One very unusual boat, yes. But why? Any Washington folks see it or hear about it? Is it prop for the next Bond movie? A McGuffin? Research Vessel? WhiteSeahorse for OceanShipOne?

It sure is cool, there was quite a bit of back and forth on the Cellar but not much in the way of more information.

I'd love to have a scaled back version for the lake.
