The root, "dolor", is Latin, so, yeah - one big happy family. Or sad and miserable, as the case may be.

That one is a Voltron reference, taz. The green guy is the next bullet, but the other three make up the gun, so they're safe. Which explains the expressions in the last panel.

You'll notice the girl in PBFs version has much larger breasts and prominent nipples though.
