Ever cook a spaghetti squash? I got a spaghetti squash from someone I work with. I've eaten it, but never cooked it. What do I do?
Recipes.

I cook them all the time - I love them thrown in with pasta & parmesan cheese & garlic & olive oil. Or just plain with butter & cheese - I don't like them as much sweet; I think butternut or acorn is better for that. Anyway, to cook, cut it in half, clean out the seeds, put it in a roasting pan with a little water or broth in the pan & some butter in the cavity. Roast at about 400 for like an hour. Then scoop it out and it will make cool pastariffic strands. Yum.

I eat them raw. Scrape 'em with a fork to turn them into "spaghetti" strands. Toss with a tiny bit of tamari, olive oil, sesame seeds, and grated ginger.
