What the hell is that thing? Because it can't be what it looks like, which is a giant pink bunny on a hillside in Italy.

Silly question...is grass supposed to grow on the bunny? Like some out-of-control Chia Pet?

I think the installation artist's hope, as I read it in the captions for one of the pics, is that the whole thing will biodegrade into the hillside in the next several years, being slowly overgrown with grass as it does. So yeah, the early seeding success is kind of intentional.

Personally, I'm kind of squiked they went to so much trouble to model external dead bunny guts.
