"My Lunch" = this week's Photo Phriday theme . . . though my breakfasts, my brunches, my snackfoods, or other my general foodstuffs will not be frowned upon. ("My" = "Your.")
Does it have to be my lunch prior to eating it? Because if my lunch is boring, I might want to photograph it after I have digested it. Just to spice things up.

I foresee a 125-piece photospread from jonmc.

Packaged junk food, sausages, beer... deep-fried Twinkies or the like? What was that post from Jon detailing a day's food so awful I sent it to all of my vegan friends labelled "The Anti-Vegan" ? Absolutely. Actually, as much as Miguel and Jon seem to get along, Jon is like the Anti-Miguel, or Miguel's culinary opposite doppelganger, or Bizarro to Miguel's Superman fine cognacs and martini recipes and Cuban cigars and... whatever... rich stuff.

You know it'll be an awe-inspiring sight, though. How does he eat that and still remain alive? Why have I never heard of half of this stuff? And finally, really, how much does it cost to get one's stomach and intestines coated with pure stainless steel?

I hope he does some on-location shooting. Beer nuts on a sticky bartop would be so... I dunno... Bukowski.

If it makes you feel any better, I also love caviar, crab, creme brulee, gnocchi, polenta, sushi, single-malt-scotch, filet mignon, garlic asparagus, and other rather hightoned dishes, as well. Cheap or astronomical, good is good.

I'm a sucker for really smokey Islay Scotches, especially TALISKER! There's nothing snobby when you drink it 'cuz it's GOOD.

I'm partial to Macallan 18, myself.
