O TiVo! O cruel mistress! I just sat down with an order of pad thai to settle in to last night's "Amazing Race." Or so I thought. →[More:]Anyone tape or TiVo last night's episode who could send it to me? I'll pay for shipping, and send along a mix CD to boot!

Huh, sounds like a documentary about the rise of Nazi Germany. My favorite part was when they found out their race wasn't quite so amazing.

No, but I can't wait until the next season of The Amazing Race comes on. I loooooves that show and it, combined with House and Mythbusters, are all that makes having a TV worthwhile.

I grew up around the street from Phil Keoghan. His mother taught me in high school. I've never watched the amazing race, though.

i think it's popular wherever it's available (i love the stuff and it's not).
Take out pad thai is the best because it's one of those things that you're glad to have made for you because it's a bit of a bother to make and a joy to be able to have around (i miss my thai take out i'd drive home with at least a couple times a week, with pad thai and chicken curry for cheaper than a crap fast food meal...)

I hate TAR being on Sunday nights; I put a long time on Sunday afternoon orchestrating a Tofurkey* meal to be ready just in time to eat while watching the show. only to have to sit through half an hour of football-delayed 60 Minutes. It's a travesty. A travesty, I tells ya.

*It's really good! Really! Yeah, the name's funny, but still...
