Probably really dumb question... But where do you buy those little rubber feet that go on the bottom of furniture that has steel tubing for legs?[More:]I'm going to look at some Arne Jacobsen Ant chairs today (similar to pic but not the exact chairs)... the seller has told me that some of them are missing the little rubber feet. I went to the hardware store as I assumed it was a given they'd carry them and the guy thought I was ridiculous for asking and had no idea where to get them. Ideas?

Huh. Hardware stores are where I've found them in the past. An office-supply place, possibly?

You should go to a different hardware store.

I've also found them at places like Kmart. So you could try Zellers too.

IKEA has them, and I find them at hardware stores, too

Okay, well thanks for confirming I'm not a crazy person. I'm new to this neighborhood and don't know it well but there's gotta be another hardware store. Thanks!

Go to a better hardware store than the one you tried. In Australia, I would go to Bunnings (the rubber feet you need are in the aisle next to the one with bolts etc, next to the castors on the right-hand side - I think it's #20, but don't quote me) because, while I hate that they have pushed all the small hardware stores out and now have almost a monopoly in the market, I'm time-poor and they have almost anything. I'm sure you have an equivalent.

Yup, found 'em at a Home Hardware. A buck each, which I thought was rich, but whatever.
