This is a dramatic exit. [More:] So long, and thanks for all the fish.
Was it something we said?

Wait, are you really leaving?
posted by ThePinkSuperhero 26 September | 12:15
Care to elaborate? Or are you merely providing us with an example of a dramatic exit, in case any of us wish to make one?
posted by elizard 26 September | 12:16
if eekacat goes then so do i!
posted by dodgygeezer 26 September | 12:22
Why, there's more drama in a Youtube celebrity's life than there was in your exit. You'll get an E for the 'E'ffort, though.
posted by Daniel Charms 26 September | 12:25
eekacat you better get right back in here and explain yourself - or no StarTrek for you tonight, young man.

I'm waiting for your dramatic entrance in this thread!

Oh, by the way, dramatic exits always end up causing more trouble than they're worth. You can trust me on that.

If this is a dramatic exit, I'd like to see what a boring one looks like.

Well, it looks like I won't be using that raise I got to buy you a beer at the next meetup then, dersins?

NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!

I heard he was changing his name to eekalynx and touring with Prussian Blue.

There. See how boring that was?

mmmmm, beer

Fire alarm? Bomb threat? Sudden urge to elope?

(There is no exit in existentialism...)

I'm sorry.

I don't know what I did, but having lived with a woman for over ten years, I am used to apologising straight away when things go wrong - it saves time.

Please don't go, Eekacat. This place just wouldn't be the same without you.

I wonder if it has anything to do with eek's broken power cord for the computer? No power cord = no MeCha.

*doesn't want anyone to leave*
posted by getoffmylawn 26 September | 18:24
Maybe he tried to fix the powercord himself and posted the dramatic exit thing as he jerked out his last breath while 240/110v (don't know where he lives) surged through his body. Which, in fact, would be a dramatic exit. One that I would pay money to see, in fact.
posted by dg 26 September | 18:31
Well, I'm picturing eekacat doing a complex pool routine involving lots of high speed swimming, leaping out of the water, flips, and particularly clever ball play.

That would be a pretty dramatic exit.

particularly clever ball play.

Yeah, that sounds kosher. Sheesh.

*wanders off to have a stern talking-to with the boys and his subconscious*

I just found || Prussian Blue on the Billboard Top 40!
