Speaking of, I had gin a couple of weeks ago and didn't spit it out! It was a very weak cranberry lemon bombay sapphire concoction at the Cirque du Soleil, and it was very, very yummy.

I didn't know you were not a fan of gin. It's a good multi purposed alcohol for all occasions. It can be gentle and relaxing or it can be the start of a very bad evening. I like that in my spirits.
Scotch (actually, any Whisky) is the booze that I haven't embraced. I recall a few meet-ups ago (the Billy Goat one I think) I was going to get coached by a few Scotch drinkers, but somehow I think beer won out that night.
Oh shit, rob511, this wasn't directed at you at all. You know we love double posts around here, right? Right? It gives us a good excuse to rib someone without having to try to hard to find a reason.
mudpuppie, they sometimes disappear, but only at the request of the person who posted it. Doesn't mean we can't mock him for it, though - by doing all our mocking in one thread, we get a more concentrated effect.
