Congratulations, Chef! You got yourself a real fine family, there.

"Magnolia May Charlet" is almost a song in itself (I'm imagining every Southeren woman I know calling her in for dinner) even without the "Maggie May".

My best to the Mrs. on her speedy recovery and eventual jumping with both feet back into the family circus thereof.

We've go guests coming from Baton Rouge to stay with us in kyoto next month. We were hoping for some Lousiana hot sauce or maybe some Remoulade, but I guess that would be a national security threat, thank you very much fake-ass war on terror.
