The jaw muscle on the left side of my face has been twitching all morning→[More:] and it's driving me insane. Should I be worried?
God, I hate that. When I get one of those it's always the corner of my eyelid. And that's when I realize I'm massively stressed out and didn't know it. Breathing and other destressing techniques usually works for me. Cutting back on caffeine also makes a big difference.

I have a small, exceedingly occasional tic in my left eyebrow. the only things I've noted that trigger it are things like lack of sleep, followed by stressful situations, and it's always worse if I complicate matters with too much coffee. I call it my jacked-up-eyebrow.
and yea, it's annoying as all heck when it crops up. any relaxation techniques tend to help sort it out.
I'm pretty stressed out at work, so that would make a lot of sense. I am breathing deeply and imagining that I am alone on an island in the South Pacific with anti-gravity boots and a matter replicator to take care of my needs. It's starting to help!
