I couldn't sleep, so I went running. So I'll have a few songs about running, then a rebroadcast of some of the stuff I played this weekend (which I think only LT heard so it should be New to You).

damn, I missed the pharcyde!

reminds me though that somehow whenever I am not looking, CD's I've had for a long time magically disappear. There must be an explanation for this phenomenon...
