On the writing of a good post I tried one, the Queen Ranavalona post, and it's harder than I thought to compete at this level.
anyway, I will have some time off when recovering from surgery starting next week and I will be trying a few good posts. I'll take my time over them - assemble links, dig deep and compose well.
I've got one I'm gonna put up this week, too. Not Monday -- I bet everyone works on their posts over the weekend and then there's a Monday onslaught. I'm thinking Thursday.
And yes, the FPP is quite the interesting literary form, much more demanding than it would seem.
