At work I deal with complaints against, amongst other things, insurance companies and recently this guy complained because DenPlan refused to pay for him to have porcelain veneers on his teeth. They said he'd made the enamel dissolve himself by cleaning his teeth with Cillit Bang.
I mean, for God's sake, it says on the bottle not to use it on enamel, and that's the baked-on stuff on a bathtub, never mind your friggin' teeth!
Needless to say his complaint did not succeed but he gave us all a good laugh in the office.
