It was really windy and dark. I had to take about 30 photos, and only got a few that are clear. I just want to know if the little guy is poisonous so I can watch out for him!

If you live in the USA it is not. The only spiders to worry about are the brown recluse, black widow and the imported hobo spider and maybe this one here (I don't think the one you have is this one).

Of course you could always have some sort of reaction to a spider that is generally harmless to most people.

Sweet. I know it's not a brown recluse, because it had a web. And obviously not a black widow, though I did run across one of those when I lived in North Carolina and had a close call.
