Digg Labs visualizations -- Digg Stack shows diggs occuring in real time on up to 100 stories at once. Digg Swarm draws a circle for stories as they're dugg.

This site: swarmthe.com has been around for awhile. Why can't Digg come with an original name or premise?

People say digg is the new slashdot, but I don't see it. I still visit digg to read the linked stories, but I visit slashdot to read the comments. I actually learn things from people at slashdot (with the necessary Bullshit Meter calibrations, natch), but the comments at digg are, for the most part, throw-away one-liners. Why can't I conform?!
