Ovarian cyst update Two lady doctors, one training the other, took my scan. The cyst is still there and hasn't shrunk at all so on the 17th we'll discuss options in dealing with it.→[More:]
Lady doctor b said this sort of cyst usually doesn't go away on its own, which contradicts what I had been told back in April.

I have a lot of questions. essexjan, weren't you laid up for some weeks after the cyst-surgery? I'm worried my contract won't get renewed if I'm gone.

I've been there too. Wish you all the best, and no navel scarring. Mine turned out to be a totally harmless waterfille thing the size of a clemetine. Painful sure, but didn't do any damage. I'm just sharing that so you won't worry too much. Worrying is the worst.
