The "cute couple" are friends of mine, or were when I lived in DC. They used to blog under the urls' ratbastard.org and sapphireblue.com. Both were/are oldtimer MeFi members. Neither of them maintain their websites anymore, but you *may* be able to find that video by restricting your Google search to those URls *IF* they haven't removed the video. I believe ratbastard uses robot.txt to restrict the indexing of his site. Good luck.
