We have a new creature. We're calling him Simon for now, although Liner has a ring to it also. He seems to be getting along better each day with Zin, whom we are concerned will miss her longtime buddy (gray one in this pic) many years older, who is teetering on the edge of the next world.
→[More:]It was an emotional debate whether to go ahead and adopt one or wait until Itsy moved on, but he appeared at the adoption place while we were food shopping for our zoo, and it felt right. He and Zin are about the same age - roughly 5 years. The dogs seem to like him also.
