So you wanna know what I do at anime conventions? (sfw, youtube) Thankfully, we do not allow videotaping or photography at the Anime Love Chat panels...

Man, I've been to AnimeNorth a couple of times, and there are a lot of huge anime fans. And a lot of rail thin ones. The bell curve doesn't seem quite right.

dano: Alas, us lowly con staffers aren't hugely in demand by the average anime fan. ;_; Except for Taka, but he doesn't count because he translates for the Japanese guests and plays the ukelele.

You can be a huge fan without dressing up. However, I have dressed up at a convention before, so I really can't say anything....

LT: Pay no attention to the squeaky voice. I really can sing well and they say you can barely hear my lisp these days.

TL: you don't EVEN have a squeaky voice! It has a very normal, natural-sounding tone. Squeaky is like 20's-era flapper voice; yours is not like that.

TL needs to IRC more when I'm DJ-ing, and then she'd not only hear my voice, but get a personalized shoutout to boot. In addition, I play good muzeek for tha mazzes.
