blue: for links (the A tag)

I did this for my site but I don't understand what the graph means... it shows 19 dots, but I have over a hundred pages on my site. How do you read this?
I'm pretty sure it only does one page, not actually the entire site. Although now that I look at it, it doesn't really look like it's rendering that page correctly. It doesn't show any links. Not sure what to tell you besides it doesn't work right. Check out nullpointer.
