SasHat, it ain't mine yet and there's a good chance it won't be, with my luck. Don't wannt jinx it by being crazy optimistic.

And OS, yes, I moved in April after 12 years in the same place. But I hate the place as there are noisy idiots everywhere and I'm surrounded by nonsense (no video store, no health food store, no post office, and tons of other problems). It's not working out and is too complicated to explain.

I found a smaller place more west (Danforth and Pape area) with a large deck. It's a 1 br (current is 2br) but much nicer and the guys who own it seem very cool indeed.

Oh. Well hopefully you get the new place and things work out better for you there.
