Interesting. I've been following this case, and have used it in several ethics for psychotherapists presentations to argue that (duh!) it's never alright to sleep with a patient, even a technically "former" one. I've appreciated the updates.

My prediction: Susan Polk will file an appeal based on her inadequate representation.

In any case, there will certainly be appeals.
