THIS IS A BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE RANT THREAD →[More:]YAHOO CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ABOUT THE MOST RIDICULOUS OXYMORON EVER. IT TOOK THEM FIVE AND A HALF WEEKS TO RESTORE ACCESS TO MY PAY-FOR EMAIL ACCOUNT.
THEN IT TOOK A DAY AND A HALF FOR IT TO BREAK AGAIN.
I'M TEMPTED TO DRIVE UP TO THEIR OFFICES AND START SHOOTING.......(WITH MY CAMERA, OF COURSE) ALL OF THEIR EMPLOYEES AND POST THEIR PICTURES ON THE INTERNET WITH REALLY, REALLY NASTY CAPTIONS UNDER THEM.
BUT AT LEAST NOW I HAVE
THEIR PHONE NUMBERS!
