Lost bumbershoot at Seattle meetup →[More:] Owner of umbrella left at Clarke's crib can have same by describing item.

We assume the owner is not a native of the Pacific NW because old settlers simply don't carry umbrellas in a climate where the rain is mostly sideways.

That would be me. I already bought a new one. I realized later and thought, aw, hell, at least it went to a good home. Enjoy!

Ha. As soon as Clarke produced it (he thought it was mine...) I informed him that Pi was the only one dressed for such an accoutrament.

I'll congratulate Clarke on his new /p*a*n*t*s/ umbrella.
