i did press coverage the last two years but can't afford the trip up this year. fun festival. the ex-centris shows are always dynamite...

I made a half-hearted attempt at making a pilgrimage up there this year, but it fell apart pretty quickly. The good thing is, in NY, there's always a slew of pre-Mutek shows to catch. Last weekend I saw Dimbiman/Zip and Jan Jelenik with a band. Great show.

i saw dimbiman, matthew dear and marc leclair in baltimore a couple years ago. dimbi does a tight set. i still have the photos up on the wall!

Aren't you in Pennsylvania?
Yeah, I saw Pantytec last year a few months ago and it was pretty great. I'm looking forward to hearing Akufen's new album, whenever that's due.
Can you recommend a good site that chats about this kinda stuff?
