Mine are doing well too. . .planted a new one, surrounded by 4 smaller azaleas. . .in a couple years, these will be primo if the dog leaves them the hell alone.
So pretty!! I have a rhodie cascading over a stone wall too. I don't know if I can take a photo of it though - I have to stand in the middle of a very busy street, and I might get killed.
I guess it's worth risking death for a good photo.
Oh - the death defying roadkill rhodie! I couldn't take a photo of it. When I went home for lunch, PECO (Phila Electric CO) had a truck parked right in front of it; they were butchering our trees to clear them from the power lines. They hacked a sycamore to death - it looks ridiculous. The upside is that the millions of zinnia that I planted from seed this morning now has TONS more sunlight than it did yesterday.
Right smack dab in front of the rhododendron, they parked. So hopefully I'll get a pic of that one tomorrow.
