I am about 2 hrs away from being done with my first year of college... →[More:]I have my last final project for this semester done and sitting next to me, and I'm just about to head to my last class. It will just be presenting our final projects, so I'm not too worried. At this point my fight with this particular class is over. (I decided to do a comic book...what the hell was I thinking?!)

Then after that it will be cleaning my campus apartment, and hopefully hanging out with one of the few friends I managed to make this year. And then tomorrow I move out, and am home for the summer. Yay! :>

Those four last days of my four college years were so bittersweet. I absolutely loved Virginia Tech and Blacksburg and, though I looked forward to summers, I really would rather have stayed at school. Couldn't, though, because I worked during the summers and needed the money.

I miss those days.

Congratulations on making it through the first year, k_j! What's your major?

sves: Three, possibly four. It all depends really.

mike: Thanks. I'm undeclared atm, but I'll probably wind up doing something in the humanities, though I wish I had the skills to do something in the creative arts. And yeah, I really need to get working this summer! First thing I do when I get back tomorrow evening is drive around and pick up as many job apps as I can get. I like the part time retail work in the sense that when I'm done for the day, I'm really done, you know? I like not having to worry about tests and papers and stuff like that.

jon: W-worse? ;_; I'm actually dreading responsible adulthood. I wanna be a kid forever man! *searches for Batman: The Animated Series dvds and some Otter Pops*
