So We're In Asheville And you should be making motel/hotel reservations.
≡ Click to see image ≡See, we're worried. We're thinking about y'all. This is me & Moonbird, having a couple of beers, and thinking about Bunnystock. Seriously, though, this is a tourist town, and things fill up. So those of you who are doing the hotel/motel thing, let us know, and we'll do what we can to help you out.
Lake Lure is about 40 minutes, Sapphire is about an hour, maybe a little more. Nobody has claimed any sleeping spots in my house yet except for all the people who say they're going to be sharing my bed, heh. You do realize that I already share my bed with one collie dog - underneath, barks if you wiggle too much, wakes you up by licking your nose - and one wigged out cat - by my knees, bites if you move. ;-) To reiterate, I have 2 extra bedrooms, one with double bed, one with single, and a couch with pull out double bed in living room. First come, first served. Moonbird, who now lives practically walking distance (it's an easy walk down the hill to his house, less pleasant back up) away, has some space as well.
Ooh, can I claim the bedroom with the single? That would be awesome. I shall come bearing copious amounts of booze and s'mores fixins' for your trouble.
I really want to come but it depends on the job situation. I need to sleep in a cat-free environment, as much as I was looking forward to sharing my snoring with MGL.
