it's a bachelorette party for the soon-to-be bride (wearing the sash and blow-up doll on her shoulders). i fear to visit the land where penguins are bukkaked, but in amuhrica, it is a pretty rote thing to see someone like this at a bar (as a 'last fling' for the bride) on a saturday night.
