I just spent 15 minutes hiding in the bathroom... So I wouldn't punch my boss for not being able to comprehend the difference between a phone cord and a power cord.

I have done nothing useful at all yet. I'm supposed to start moving out of my uncle's/into my new apt.

All I've accomplished so far is wheezing, drinking a lot of coffee and playing online.

The only reason I came into to work before 10am is because my boss emailed me asking me to fax him something before that time. Of course, that something is the document that I should've been working on for the last two days, but haven't.

Part of me was hoping this would lead to the confrontation that would lead to either my dismissal or resignation from this job. But, no, his responses was "do what you can today and we'll catch up tomorrow morning." Sweet freedom, why do you elude me?

My day is going well. I haven't put on pants yet, and I don't really feel like going to work, so I don't think I'll go down there until the early afternoon. In the meantime, I will smoke and ponder.

stomach flu, but apart from the vomitus I'm actually pretty glad to be home. I quit my job recently, and my last day is this Tuesday. I mean, what'll they do... fire me? Ha! Ha! Ha! HuurrrrrrGGHHHHHH

Hey, I'm in my pj's too! Yeeha. But my legs are sore and burned out from a long, long round of disc golf in the mud yesterday with my pals and a couple of dogs.

Waaaaay too much fun for Wednesday.

Today will be a fairly mellow day, maybe another soak in the hot tub, some UT2004 (hey, anyone want to play online?) and some more organization of the office. Whee!

But at least I don't have to ever see my ex-boss again. Or, if I do then it will be highly, highly uncomfortable for her as she's a scaredy-cat.

I just completely redesigned the April music calendar for my usual watering hole & I like it. Now I have to do the boring boring rack card, but hell, a girl must earn her monthly bar tab somehow. I have a ginormous list of things to do today so I'm feeling all efficient and hyper. Yeah! Maybe I'll make more coffee!! Yeah!!!

Working from home today because I save more money in a day eating myself out of house and home here than I do staring longingly at the vending machine and trying not to eat the cheese horns. Technically, I only have to get 5 entries done today to keep up with the weekly quota, but I think I'll knock out a half day of work just so I can BS around some more tomorrow.

Tomorrow will be awesome because I plan on going to Midtown and buying two copies of "Fruits Basket" vol. 13--one for me and one for my roommate who also likes the series. If they don't have it there, heads will roll. Maybe I'll be able to make a SMUT PEDDLER sale, too!
