That's gotta be a rebroadcast. I heard the story about Improv Everywhere when it originally aired, and it sparked a tremendous amount of discussion among people I know. Consensus was that it really crossed a cruelty line. No, no one was permanently damaged, but...

I know the Improv Everywhere guys from my theater circle. I dig some of the stuff they do, but there's definitely a line to be aware of when staging stuff like this.
