OMG Fat Cat! So everyone here probably visits Cute Overload often like I do, but look at his tiny little head!

Floor otter!

I have a cat that's a similar shape. And when she lies like that, asleep and snoring, her head seems to shrink too. I think it's the way her fat tummy spreads to the sides when she's lying on her back that gives the pinhead impression.
