AskMeCha - Mohammed caricatures →[More:]Help a guy out, because Google returns simply too many options. I've assigned my English 101 students a claim paper based on the recent protests and demonstrations over the caricatures of Mohammed originally printed in the Danish newspaper.

It's a big, complex topic though - anyone know of a good source that summarizes the issues? Anything?

I'd say one of the english papers probably--BBC or Guardian should have a timeline of events.

The best summary I've seen is (no surprise) in Wikipedia

Research in three basic steps:

1) Pose a well-framed question
2) Consult a likely source
3) Go to step 1 - repeat as necessary
